Our custom branded Gelato and Ice Cream carts are designed to not only attract attention (and have a steady stream of happy people crowded around them), but to also deliver up ‘surprise and delight’ moments for your brand for even the toughest of customers/audiences to reach
We work with a number of local, specialist gelato and ice cream manufacturers to develop the exact look and feel you want and have done everything from matching flavours if newly launched lip tints, back gelato for the All Blacks through to custom flavours and brand….even a custom blue gelato with glitter flecks to perfectly match a cosmetic brand’s colours. We can also brand ice cream accessories such as wafer disks, cups, napkins etc to make it a complete brand experience.
All you need to do is select your flavours and tell us how many people you want to delight and we’ll take care of the rest. We can brand/customise the cart setup, source the right gelato/ice cream, bring in our fabulous brand ambassadors to serve it, delivery everything and then pick it up and take it away at the end.
CORPORATE EVENTS
Having a company event and not sure what to serve for desert? Serve up your guests with some happiness with the choice of ice cream, gelato or vegan sorbet from our carts.
ICE BLOCKS AND OTHER CUSTOM FROZEN ITEMS
In addition to gelato and ice cream, we can also sort or create other branded frozen items such as branded ice blocks. Talk to us about your idea today and we will make it happen!
The Cartery has an ‘A’ (Excellent) food licence.
Please note: We currently don’t service private events or those at residential addresses
Our carts are designed to fit through most doorways and in lifts and can pretty much go anywhere as long as there is 1.0m – 1.2m clearance

Our ice cream and gelato freezers don’t require a special power supply and can be plugged into a standard power plug.
