Our bespoke coffee event carts are the perfect solution, serving up high quality barista-style espresso coffee to your guests from your own beautifully styled and branded cart.
The basics
Choose from our classic coffee carts or our textured concrete curved coffee cart.
Package includes:
- A custom-built espresso cart, which can also be branded to your requirements
- Unlimited 8oz, double or single shot barista coffee
- Experienced baristas and hospitality staff who can also be branded to requirements
- We use locally-owned and operated Chaisso certified organic espresso coffee
- Full cream, Trim, Soy, Coconut, Almond and Oat milks
- All types of coffee available and some tea
Our service
We have a team of highly experienced baristas who take great pride in making great espresso coffee – but good things take time. Our machines are two group and can create 1-2 quality coffees every 1-2 minutes. If you have a large group, then we would normally recommend two baristas and/or two machines/carts to serve peak times.
We also have an electronic ipad ordering system on board our carts which allows people to order and it also tells them where they are at in the queue which works well.

The carts
Our carts bases are 1.365m(w) x 0.565m x 0.670m(h) and can fit through most doorways but please allow for a 1 metre clearance to ensure the wheels can fit through. If you have a smaller entry or require our carts to be taken up or down stairs, please let us know in advance as some of our carts can be semi-dismantled to ensure a smooth pack in.
Umbrella and canopy
Comes with your choice of umbrella (see colours available below) and mat. Cart canopy additional.
Power requirements
Our coffee machines: 240V + draws 3000W power consumption (preferable that it is on a 15amp circuit but can run on a 10amp)
Our grinders: 240V + draw 400W power consumption (can run off a standard power circuit)
Our coffee machine pulls a lot of power so the machine and grinder can not be plugged into the same plug/circuit. We can bring a number of 10m extension cords to reach a second power source which can be secured down to the floor safely, if required.
Water requirements
No plumbing or water is required as our machines are fully self-contained. We have a 15 litre water bottle on board and a back up at all times which our machine pumps from. These may need topping up throughout the day for longer events.
